Dr.Cao is a postdoctoral researcher at the Zhu Lab, specializing in chemical biology with a focus on peptides and genetic codon expansion. He received his doctoral training in medicinal chemistry at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Capital Medical University, where he gained expertise in the research of peptide-drug conjugates (PDCs). Currently, his research is centered on developing chemical biology tools for exploring novel protein function regulation in living cells.
